Our Events run from Monday to Saturday!
Sundays tend to be on the slower side and our goal is to get your book boosted with the highest views possible.

When you book a tour with Quill and Ink Book Tours it means you have read and agreed with the information and terms listed there and will adhere to them.
Grandfather Clause
We offer a Grandfather Clause which locks you into the rates when you first hire us. If our rates change your rate never goes up.
Mock Tour
Check out our Mock Tour to give you an idea of how our tours and events will look. All are created uniquely for your book but the format is the same across all of our events.
Blog Tour Packages
What a Deal! Often authors need more than one event. So, we’ve bundled some of our most popular events for your convenience and help you save money. Each of our packages includes three events to help market your book and boost those sales!

Release Tour Packages
Two-Week Release Tour Package – $120.00
Includes the following and everything that is included in each of these individual services.
These are for books that are due to be released.
We ask that you give at least 4 weeks between each event in the package.
- Cover Reveal or Blitz of your choice (Pre-Order, Release, Book, etc.)
- Two-Week Tour
One-Week Release Tour Package – $95.00
Includes the following and everything that is included in each of these individual services.
These are for books that are due to be released.
We ask that you give at least 4 weeks between each event in the package.

Promo Tour Packages
Two-Week Promo Tour Package – $120.00
Includes the following and everything that is included in each of these individual services.
These are for books that have already been released.
For single books or a series.
We ask that you give at least 4 weeks between each event in the package.
- Tuesday Teaser or Blitz of your choice (Release, Book, etc.)
- Two-Week Tour
One-Week Promo Tour Package – $95.00
Includes the following and everything that is included in each of these individual services.
These are for books that have already been released.
For single books or a series.
We ask that you give at least 4 weeks between each event in the package.
- Tuesday Teaser or Blitz of your choice (Release, Book, etc.)
- One-Week Tour
Important Information
- Please schedule your package at least 8 weeks before the start of your first event.
- Please send review copies at least 4 weeks before the start of your tour to give the bloggers and reviewers plenty of time to read and prepare their reviews.
- Please send graphics and information such as the synopsis of your book at least 3 weeks before the start of your first event to give us time to prepare tour kits and schedule tour hosts.
- For Blog Tours, not all tour hosts who sign up for a blog tour will review your book. Only those who choose a review stop during the tour will read and review. Hosts can choose which type(s) of content to feature on their blog: promo only, review, guest post, author interview, or excerpt.

If emailing your request, please submit the following information:
- Your name
- Book Title & Synopsis
- Book Cover (High-Definition Resolution Preferred)
- Any additional graphics, such as teasers or other versions of your cover
- Author Photo and Bio
- The Genre of the book
- The Type of tour package (two-week release tour package, one-week promo tour package, for example. Also, provide the dates that you want to schedule your package.)
Note: Once you’ve signed up for an event, you will be sent a packet with information and any additional materials needed for your chosen event.
Payments
We Accept Payments via Paypal.
We send invoices out within 48 hours of your scheduled tour and the tour must be paid in its entirety at least 2 weeks before the first event start date.
