When you book a tour with Quill and Ink Book Tours it means you have read and agreed with the information and terms listed there and will adhere to them.
Grandfather Clause
We offer a Grandfather Clause which locks you into the rates when you first hire us. If our rates change your rate never goes up.
Mock Tour
Check out our Mock Tour to give you an idea of how our tours and events will look. All are created uniquely for your book but the format is the same across all of our events.
What is A Blog Tour
A blog tour or book tour (these words are used interchangeably) is a virtual event like a book tour at a library or bookstore that allows you to reach thousands of readers and offers bloggers a chance to grow their followers and share new books.
How it all works is bloggers, bookstagrammers, and social media influencers share your book for 1 or 2 weeks with reviews, guest posts, author interviews, and promo posts on their blogs, Instagram, and other social media sites.
We will organize every detail of your event, communicate with the hosts, create unique banners and graphics, and manage the scheduling of your event.
Types of Blog Tours
Two Week Tour – $100.00
- Can be for a new release, a series, or for any of your books and any reason.
- There are no limits on the number of participants. Generally 1 – 2 tour hosts a day.
- Includes: Review Option, Excerpts, and Promo Stops. Authors may also choose Guest Posts, Author Interviews, and any other options you’d like to offer to the bloggers and add them to your tour.
- If you add a review option, the ARCs are also offered to our booktubers and review-only blogs.
- Custom Media Kits for Tour Hosts.
- Custom Tour Banner and additional graphics.
- A Personal Static Event Page on Quill and Ink Book Tours website (it will contain your blog tour schedule, book cover, synopsis, buy links, author bio, author photo, and contact links and remains for one year.)
- Guaranteed Social Media Promotion during the tour.
- Quill & Ink Book Tours Starts All Tours.
- On the last day of the tour, the tour schedule is posted so that readers can visit the sites again to further boost your tour and book out there.
- A giveaway is not required but if you opt for one you will need to manage the prizes and distribute these to the winner.
One Week Tour – $75.00
- Can be for a new release, a series, or for any of your books and any reason.
- There are no limits on the number of participants. Generally 1 – 2 tour hosts a day.
- Includes: Review Option, Excerpts, and Promo Stops. Authors may also choose Guest Posts, Author Interviews, and any other options you’d like to offer to the bloggers and add them to your tour.

Additional Information
- Please send review copies at least 4 weeks before the start of your tour to give the bloggers and reviewers plenty of time to read and prepare their reviews.
- Please send graphics and information such as the synopsis of your book at least 3 weeks before the start of your tour to give us time to prepare tour kits and schedule bloggers.
- Not all bloggers who sign up for a blog tour will review your book. Only those who choose a review stop during the tour will read and review. Bloggers can choose which type(s) of content to feature on their blog: promo only, review, guest post, author interview, or excerpt.

If emailing your request, please submit the following information:
- Your name
- Book Title & Synopsis
- Book Cover (High-Definition Resolution Preferred)
- Any additional graphics, such as teasers or other versions of your cover
- Author Photo and Bio
- The Genre of the book
- The Type of tour (two-week, one-week also specify if this is for a new release, a series, or just a general book tour and the dates that you want to schedule your tour.)
Note: Once you’ve signed up for a tour, you will be sent a packet with information and any additional materials needed for your chosen tour.
Payments
We Accept Payments via Paypal.
We send invoices out within 48 hours of your scheduled tour and the tour must be paid in its entirety at least 2 weeks before the tour start date.
